Ratings and reviews

UPI transaction almost never succeeds, you always get error message after selecting UPI option. App gives redundant options, e. g. While doing netbanking you have to enter transaction type twice for no reason. I wonder if they have tested the app before releasing.

Worst app, payment gateway page is horrible, tried three times to place an order, two times it was failed and third time, I was able successfully placed the order, the amount got deducted from my account but there is no confirmation from tanishq's side and nothing is showing in the order history, pathetic. Tried to reach out to customer service, they are telling, transaction was failed but I haven't received a single confirmation email from tanishq about the transaction status yet.

App is out right horrible. Unable to pay my installments. Money has been debited, but payment is not processed. I know it ll be credited to me in 7 days but then what's the use of the app if it doesn't process payments. Why should i have an app? I can pay through the link they send out right. App totally needs an upgrade
