About this app

The Titan Smart World application is your perfect companion app to connect your Titan smart wearable devices to your mobile phone. It also manages and monitors the smart wearable device features and settings. It helps you visualise your fitness activity and vitals captured by your smart wearable device so that you can keep a track of your health effectively.

Use this Titan Smart World application to set up and manage the following features:
- Connection/disconnection with the smartwatch
- Software/firmware updates
- Control/modify smartwatch settings
- Access health feature settings and data like Heart Rate, SpO2, Blood Pressure, etc. (non-medical use, only for general fitness/wellness purpose)
- Turn on/off or modify notification access
- Seamlessly sync your my fitness, multi-sport and sleep data
- Sync favourite contacts from the application to watch
- Sync your health data with Google Fit
- Don’t miss out on important updates. Allow the app to send call (Phone Call permission required), SMS and third-party app notifications to the watch so that you can stay on top of your game.
- Reply with SMS while rejecting call (Send SMS permission required).
- You can also manage the list of apps that you want to receive notifications from - you’re in control, always!
- Get weather updates by allowing the app to detect your location, so that you can see forecasts.

Settings and features provided by the Titan Smart World application are only available when your smartwatch is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a stable connection between your smartwatch and your mobile device.

Compared to other fitness tracking apps, the app I'm using with my Titan Crest Smartwatch feels outdated. It lacks trail tracking, a crucial feature for monitoring my walks, and the weather updates are unreliable, often inaccurate. Additionally, it fails to sync automatically unless I manually open the app. Despite being launched in October 2023, the watch has received only one firmware update via the app, indicating a need for significant software improvements.

The app is bit unreliable. Most features work as should. But some like live syncing of all data is not seen (e.g. sleep data even when manually synced after waking up). Last night at 2 am, the watch suddenly showed 12 am as time. And stopped syncing with the watch's Android app. I tried rebooting as well as resetting, but to no effect. Thinking that it could be an app issue, checked for updates as well as reinstalled the app. Now I am having problem registering on the app. Totally frustrating

The company should take the develoers to task. There were errors at the turn of the year the error rectified after 2 months. The same error has recurred again on 29th February the leap day. Apparently the calendar handling is a weak issue which is not tested properly. The app does not sense activities completed and now it can not update the community leaderboard. You need to go back to drawing board for the app. The sync issue has returned for multi sport activities since last week of March 24
