When it works it can be a great resource for on demand information and some simple troubleshooting steps. It seems like there isn't much attention to this app though as I haven't see any real improvements made to it over the past few years and the warranty lookup feature hasn't worked at all for likely close to a year. The warranty lookup was a great tool so that information could be immediately referenced without having to contact support.
