Low voltage on load output DOES NOT disconnect power on user algorithm. I have tested a low setting of anywhere from 11.75 to 12.5. The disconnect only happens at 12. If the setting is set below 12, it does not disconnect at all. Street light is off. Most of the testing was across multiple days so the known issue of having to wait 5 minutes does not apply.

Hello, Can you please add to the review what the settings are that you are using? We can then look into the issue. Please include both the load output settings and whether the streetlight function is active or not.

Update: I had to find the PUK # on the side of the unit and reset the PIN/pairing code. Now both phones work with it! I loved this app until my phone locked me out and I could not use it to connect. I bought a new phone but am unable to pair with the bluetooth. My old phone is not operational, and has been factory reset. I can no longer use it or the new phone to pair. Any ideas?

Hello, Does it show a pincode popup? If so, have you tried the pincode that you set with the old phone? You can also try to reset the pincode to "000000" using the puk procedure described here: https://ve3.nl/VictronConnect_ResetPIN . If this all fails, can you then add to the review where it fails in the connection process?

I have been using this app with the 100/20 MPPT Victron controller at a remote cabin in the mountains of the Pacific NW in the US. The controller has worked well so far but I have two issues with the app. Our cabin is well beyond both internet and cell services and we can only visit occasionally. Several times now, when I have been away for a while, this app refuses to connect without first updating firmware but, without internet access, the only way to do this is to disconnect the controller entirely from the system and take to where there is internet access, temporarily connect the unit to and 12vdc power source and complete the update. Perhaps This is ridiculously cumbersome. I can't be the only user in this situation. It should be possible pre-download the latest firmware where there is internet access and then complete the install at the remote location. It should also be possible to continue using the system with the outdated firmware. The way it is now, I arrive at the remote location not knowing if I'll be able to access the Victron unit or not. It would also be very helpful to save data to the smartphone to retain more than 30 of Information.
