VIZIO Crave Speakers cannot output audio from TVs/displays or be connected as an additional channel to an existing sound bar or sound system. Additional supported SmartCast or Chromecast-enabled audio products are required (not included) for Multi-Room feature. Streaming different songs to different speakers at the same time is not supported when using a single app running on a single mobile device. To stream a different song to different speakers at the same time, you’ll need to stream from a different app or a separate mobile device.

Let me just start by stating there are way to many ads for this app. You go to hit the button a few times and its a commercial, oh but if you want to get rid of the ads you must pay for it. Seriously, I dont pay for the remote or use the televisions remote, why should I pay for this one. Doesn't make any sense what so ever at all. Because of those factors I completely dislike this app. Either find your remote or buy a new one it would still be cheaper than this app and far less annoying. Thanks.

waste of time if soundbar is Bluetooth only (not wifi). App indicates it can control soundbars via BT and says newest products use BT. However, this is incorrect. Also, email support is not available despite being offered by the app on Google Play. Vizio app requires a lot of personal info to use it. False advertising and programming make it look like a scam. Phone support is AI and contradictory to the app, I couldn't get past this.

Ok, the app itself is great...when it works. Getting it to connect my phone to my soundbar is the worst. When I open the app, it says connecting for about 10 seconds, then says it's having issues connecting. It will do this every time I open the app until I exit the app, turn my phones bluetooth off & on, then reopen the app & hope it works then. It didn't used to have this problem. The worst part is that it's been months with this issue, and it's a well known bug. Can the devs PLEASE UPDATE APP
