Since my last review regarding the advert on startup not letting us use the app you have fixed it only to have a new problem. The app starts up ok now and connects to the earphones alright. You can see the battery level of both phones and control the settings as it should but if you minimise the app, go to listening to music through the earphones then go back to the Truefree app it has locked up showing one earphone as low battery and there is no control of the settings of the phones. 🤔

Twisty
After one of my Truefree O1 earphones became louder than the other out of the blue, I turned to this all to maybe configure the sound levels in each earbud. I was met with the screen flashing between the connection screen and the ad for the new Truefree O2 earphones over and over. Even if I did get to try and connect, I couldn't gain any connection with my Truefree O1 earphones, even when connected to both via Bluetooth. The earphones are great, however this app has become unable to be accessed.

I complained that the app required reinstalling after each use. Should have stayed quiet, because reinstalling no longer helps on a Samsung A54. Can't use it at all now. Really pushing those Truefree V2, eh? Scrue this. Email me when you get it right. Headphones are great, but the app? Not so much now. Your ad destroyed it. Can't load now. White screen only. Shame. And I bought two pair. Guess I'm shopping elsewhere now.
