I like the August 10 2025 update but it does have some issues. first off, the links to the privacy policy and user agreement do not work. Also, the sign in temporarily blocks the enter button. The biggest problem with this app is that the equalizer does not work nothing seems to change when using the presets and most of the choices remain checked even when you change to another one. The adaptive sound doesn't seem to do anything at all. The ANC etc don't stay as set.

If you are going to force an account, make sure users can actually make one. It's bad enough that you are asking for an account to be made for something as simple as firmware updates. Making the account, however, requires getting a verification code. Enter said code doesn't work (I tripped checked). Asking for a new one doesn't work either, the email never comes. Thus, I cannot make an account, which means being locked out of the features they advertised earlier.

So far a 1 star as I cannot get past the pairing screen with the 3SE. The app says they are compatible with but I cannot connect with them. It just says to select your headset in the Bluetooth menu, then does nothing else when I connect to Bluetooth with them. *UPDATE* I upgraded to the H1s and still didn't work for about 6 months then all of the sudden I got a "test" message from the app and then the app started to work, to my surprise. I was also able to do a firmware update (H1 not sure 3SE).
