Great features for this Livikey Smart Watch. I have had an apple watch, a Fitbit charge 5, and honestly this Livikey EW1 model watch is a great value. It has virtually every feature of its Flagship counterparts. I prefer to spend $30- $50 dollars for the watch and use the app for free vs spending $150-$600 for Fitbit or apple watch to have to spend extra money to use the features of the product. I know it's a Chinese watch but these companies really should realize it's way too much.

All worked great until 2 weeks ago. Watch no longer getting any notifications for calls, texts, any apps, watch face options in app no longer working (crashes the app when I try to go to it), and trying to submit an incident/help request also crashes the app. Multiple complete resets of the watch and reinstalls of the app not helping. Hoping to get some assistance, or will go to another option.

Fickle app. I don't always receive text messages. I seem to receive all other notifications but not for messages. Noticed if you are running Google messages with RCS active...you do not get the messages pushed to the watch. Was able to receive these with my Fitbit...before Google bought them. Update 6-5-24..if you want the watch to get notifications..forget it... constantly disconnecting without any warning...does not receive RCS texts

Dear user, if you suddenly cannot receive notifications, the connection may be disconnected. You can refer to how to improve app survivability on the APP->Device->Background Running Permissions page. If you still have this problem, you can provide detailed description of the problem, screenshots, and logs to the development team.
