Ever since new update, the camera will go dark. Have done everything, uninstalled, reinstalled, got the latest version, not optimized battery, it won't work like it used to. It will connect, but the audio & video will drop off & go to black screen only. It will only restart if the camera is turned on & off MANUALLY, which is problematic, considering that the camera is in another location from where I am. Have tried to turn it on and turn it off remotely, But that will NOT work. Still stays Dark.

For some reason I cannot access toclive view in my cameras, connection? Good, router? Good, battery? Good, everything perfect even using the latest phone and when I try to see the cameras the screen is black and I cannot see anything, even pay premium, contact customer support and basically told me: TURN OFF YOUR PHONE AND TURN IT ON, I WAS WHAT? NO HELP!!! sad that I pay premium but I found ALFRED APP and works great!!!!

Absolitely awesome app cant beat all the options and features it provides free i switched over from the Alfred security platform due to multiple different reasons but predominantly because of the restrictionsplaced upon free accounts and the way that they change the storage functionality in regards to the saved still shots and video data with this platform I am very elated with the functionality and features features available
