Ratings and reviews

Too many issues with the app. Forms cannot be marked as fully completed even though I did them. Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments is a NIGHTMARE! Not sure why you can't do ALL THREE through the app but it's ridiculous! I can get multiple riminder emails and texts for the appointment but I never get a link to the appointment. Won't be using this service every again!!!

I am quite happy with my therapy but this app has become almost unusable on my android phone. I am constantly logged out and cannot get my messages, appointment rescheduling is non-existent, the UI is constantly breaking (I can't send messages longer than one line because it causes the send button to disappear), and the worse part is that any technical issues have to be addressed with my therapy provider instead of a dedicated IT group. Absolutely worst app on my phone.

Kinda disheartening. Waited weeks for my first appointment, went to join, and my appointment was canceled. No notice. This was after I was emailed to confirm the appointment, which was sure to say that if I canceled, I'd be charged. I was scheduled in the afternoon. Plenty of time to send a notification. They can email we'll charge you, but not a simple notification of cancelation or to reschedule? Called. Can't even reschedule because the employee is "out". The day before was a holiday.
