Could be better, I wish this app have voice guided instructions like RomWod and let you know when it's time to switch to the next stretch. That way I don't have keep starring at my phone to check the time. Maybe that's something can be added in the future update? It makes a different when you have voice guided instructions to tell you how to position your body and time to transition to the next stretch.

You get three free stretches, then it's $10/month. There are 6-month and yearly payments for 15% & 25% off the price respectively. You do need several pieces of equipment (bands, foam roller, ball, etc). App functioned great and was pretty user friendly. I wished payments could be made through my phone providers billing (most apps can). If this is ever integrated I will gladly download and pay. Seems more than worth the money.

Well it used to be really good. I paid for the premium and it was worth every penny. I probably wouldn't be anywhere near as consistent with stretching without this app and absolutely love the measurable progress. However in the past 2 weeks the app has been crashing quite a bit. In the middle of a routine it would just go black screen, or sometimes just the timer Circle would be on the screen, and sometimes it would just Loop doing the same routine stretch over and over.
