The short videos are so great! And the app operates so smoothly; easy in and out and back. There is a quick form to submit your own form photos and questions. I wish I had this 10 years ago but better later than never. So excited to have more confidence in my knees. I am just a 56-year-old non-athlete that wishes to navigate through various exercises and fun sport activities (ie: skiing) with confidence and safe from injury.

I like the app! The Knee Zero program has helped my knee pain that Ive developed from Brazilian Jujitsu. The price is $50/month but they offer an easy discount to get the price to $25/month. All you have to do is record yourself when you do the exercises, and then upload those to the app. I believe this is a recurring discount, so you have to earn it every month but it seems like it's easy to earn. Other than that, the upload feature can be glitchy. The exercises are good though.

The programs are in order of scale and pretty clear cut. And if you have any questions, the coaches are very quick about responding to answer and clear them up. They have video instruction for all of the exercises including scaling where applicable. The only drawback is that all they have are notes for the exercises--you can't really log your weights and sets in the app--but that's minor compared to the value you're getting.
