Ratings and reviews

My review after using this App for 3 years: Horrible UI, it's remarkably bad and a €2.50 fee for every instant transfers, is ridiculous. There are far better options if you want a modern banking experience (if you are from Italy, i suggest N26 or Revolut). Because instead BuddyBank has a 2002 "Mobile Banking" vibe. Also, all their marketing is very Cringe.

I was serviced by Anna, a great person. The app itself could go with some major improvements.

Usually I don't rate apps in play store but this is the worst bank service I have ever had. The app doesn't log with the correct password, I sent a lot of emails in this month and no-one replied, the free number closes the call, the chat is useless and even in a Unicredit (the real bank behind) office they said that they cannot do anything to help me. Fortunately I have nothing left in the account. If someone of buddybank can call me it would be really appreciated.
