I like the fact that appointments can be searched online and booked, however there are so far 2 points that contribute to a really bad app experience: 1) It's 2024 and the language of the app is still tied to the region of the user. This is really bad on so many levels. 2) As if the above was not enough, the app requires you to login every time you want to use it. Again, it's 2024, make use of sso and auth tokens with a slightly longer lifespan.

Didn't miss a single appointment, application says I can no longer book an appointment because I missed too many appointments. Trying to call to the practitioner, they don't know anything about it. Trying to find some information on doctorlib site, no luck. Trying to contact support of doctor lib, they don't have any support information in the application, the Help button leads to not working page

It worked just fine, but after the update the search and the filters don't work! Please return the map search and filtering the private and governmental insurance. The available appointment slots are not showing either. I can't use it as it is now.
