So far, so good. Cashed out both small & large amounts successfully. Cash outs were fast. One weird thing is the app is counting 'seconds' spent in the games. Maybe it is supposed to say 'minutes'. Either way, the app doesn't track the time correctly. Had an issue where the app didn't recognize games were open. Uninstalled / reinstalled to fix it. Only had installed for less than a week but I'll update if I notice any changes.

Update. I have done many of the tasks and I'm not being rewarded for spending money on games or passing levels. This irritates me as I am on a budget. ....... I like that it has alot of games. I just wish they were worth more points. Payout is great. Goes right to my PayPal. Seems like once you cash a certain amount out, it's harder to get back up. If we are supposed to be getting all these points a min or so, we would have eat more money. If you fix these issues, it will be worth 5 stars.

Well, in all honesty I've gone through the ins and outs with this application for several months now and it's all gone great up until just yesterday morning. I attempted to payout for $5.50 to put onto my PayPal account (which I've never had a problem for many many times previously) and for some reason there's just no popups to input my account anymore to send the money over. I've sent an email for some support, I've been waiting for a few hours now. Edit: problem has been sorted out.
