Ratings and reviews

Fix your app. For almost two months now, i simply cannot see my latest transactions, because the list is stuck at like, 10 days before. We're at November 11th at the time I'm writing this, and the last transaction i can see is from November 2nd. I was waiting for them to fix it, but apparently it's not very important for them? I literally have no insight to my spendings or my latest income. I have to go and log in through chrome to be able to do so, because there it works fine for some reason.

The app is pretty oke. Too bad I can't request a new bank card via the app (or anywhere online) because the one I received does not work. Also the IRIS does not work. When opening the camera to scan the QR, it instantly crashes so you can't pay with IRIS for online orders. Would be great if that was fixed and no transfer fees were charged 😀. At least most of the things are in English so that helps a lot!

Push notifications from web banking don't work. The app doesn't have all the features of web banking (not even most of them). It's a total hassle to do anything other than transfers with just a phone. Also, there are fees for everything!
