I've had to reduce my 5 stars to a 3 star because of all the inconsistency of this app. Sometimes, it'll describe everything in the 3rd person. Other times, it'll suddenly translate everything I said into a completely different language that I've never spoken before, and I'm just fed up at this point. In the future, I'll avoid any app or game that offers a lifetime membership, as it absolutely dooms the app to fail as any future endeavors will be underfunded.

Tho' I did buy the Lifetime sub, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to anyone else. My reasons for subscribing is the convenience of having useful ai features in 1 app, whereas before I'd be back & forth from the ai app to a notes app. But this has a few shortcomings, like the very basic text formatting tools, lack of folders or tags & oddly, this notes app doesn't appear in the share sheet/menu so you can't share text from another app. But overall, it is useful. Hope it continues to improve.

The app has no trial. I tested the AI transcription a 4-5 times (most of which got messed up because weird stuff was happening). Then suddenly it's done and asking me to pay...??? Why not let us try the app first? What's wrong with having a few days trial or something? I think chatgpt has the most amazing transcription, since it figures out what you want to say even when you mess up or backtrack or use hedging words like "uhm". I'd be happy to pay for that, if I actually knew that it works...
