Uninstalling. Waste of data and time. Almost never had problems a couple of years ago. Basic but was ok. Now - would not load home page, shows different deductible than their own full web site. But keeps pushing the teledoc, health quiz, Covid updates. Those pages always open and load just fine. I'd like to see first my claims, never mind to find out why my deductible was changed without any notification. Hey, we are used to that, but a courtesy email, letter or a pigeon messenger would be nice!

App is useless. Won't log in even tho certain correct info because can log into website just fine. Used the app a few years ago all the time but has been a continually problem since then. I'm just uninstalling and making a shortcut to the webpage. Update after response. Reinstalled to see if working and same result. Still won't allow to log in. Website still works fine. App is still useless.

This app and BlueCross / BlueShield insurance has been a very big help and service to me in the last 15 years of service. They have great service department and will take care of all your needs in explaining your claims and how they pay the bills. Great employees with wonderful knowledge about your benefits in all areas of the plans and quick response in your questions.
