Save time, and get your plan details on the go.

Features for members:

• Log in easily with Touch/Face ID options

• Find an in-network provider with the Find Care tool
• Communicate securely with Customer Service

Use your Credence username and password to access your online account from the app. You can also set up Touch or Face ID for quicker access.

*There is no charge from Credence Blue Cross and Blue Shield to download the Credence mobile app, but rates from your wireless provider may apply.

Ratings and reviews

Well you asked me for a rating 2 minutes after I downloaded the app, so... Right now without really using it, I the find care tab doesnt work, just get sent to a blank page. The app itself feels kind of sluggish, and the annoying pop up of rating the app when Im trying to find a doctor is infuriating.

probably the worst insurance apps I've used. Constantly crashing. Web pages all say unavailable. But it's the same insurance company that refuses to pay for my ulcerative colitis meds. I hope insurance companies go the way of the dodo. Would give zero if and option. This company doesn't care about us. I now wait for the auto response telling me to contact them so they can avoid a fiasco.

If your font size is larger on your phone and you try to send a message the send button is hidden so you have to change the font and then send a message. Also the keyboard will cover up the message so you have to key in the info first and then close the keyboard to see what you wrote.
