I was unable to attend a lottery ticket event due to the app constantly crashing, and tickets were mobile and only accessible via the vettix app. I've had no issue in the past with a lottery winning and mobile tickets or any other event. With there being no live support help, I wasn't able to get it fixed otherwise. Love the company, but the app hasn't been the best for ticket delivery.

I have just recently become aware of this app, and I have already purchased tickets to a Michigan State football game! My husband grew up in East Lansing and it was kind of a bucket list item for him. I also love that once in a while I see professional sports tickets. I can't wait to expand our horizons even more!!! I am definitely going to recommend the app to all my shipmates!

Update: another feature I'd like to see is the ability to follow trickle events. Or join a wait-list like with lottery events. Notifications don't always work for events. Missed a few chances at events because email notifications are sent later than app notifications and the event got taken too quick.
