Ratings and reviews

Unfortunately, the design is not pleasing to the eye and isn't functional in itself. Carts are constantly duplicated and you need to reassemble the cart of products every time. Communication with the order pickers is not established and the work of the pickers themselves leaves much to be desired. I like the SberMarket service itself (use of bonuses "SPASIBO"), but there are a lot of problems and they aren't being solved, but instead they're doing a rebranding that nobody needs...

Had to change from 5 to 3 strars due application crashing constantly, doesn't matter what action you perform, scroll down the catalog, switch between the tabs, change catalog list. Before one the update app worked perfectly, no issues has been noticed. After application has been update, I perfer to use the Web application in order to order stuff. However the staff is works perfectly, good customer service. Sadly the application issue is still around for a month or two. Many thanks

Horrible experience. Sending spam in notifications several times a day (using same channel as for delivery notifications). Support claimed they've disabled spam for me (several times), but they actually didn't. And there's a lot of other things which should and can be improved, but support doesn't want to register the issues I report, and they don't have ticket numbers or anything (so I may as well send my feedback to /dev/nul).
