I don't use the app often enough to merit paying for it. I tried to cancel, but the only option I was given was to "delay payment." I could delay for 1,2, or 3 months and can only delay 3 times a year. I just want out of it, but emails have not been answered on what to do. My experience using the app was good, I'd give it a 4 or 5 rating, but trying to cancel it has been difficult. As others have said on here, customer service is non-existent.

*** Update 16.10.2018: Still no Chromecast support? After months of replies from developer, claiming Chromecast support is coming, there is still no Chromecast support Why can't you implement native Chromecast abilities? Why would you mislead and claim it's coming when it never did? I would gladly pay a fee to be able to stream your content onto my television. I will not pay a premium to view your content on a phone screen or laptop.

The Phone apps stooped working and now the Tablet App works but for some reason, the tablet screen will not go horizontal - full screen (They do give complicated instructions about dragging the top and pushing the back button). Every App I have works find, SKY, Fox, DW, France 24 etc. The one thing that works great is the billing. I get to pay monthly - works perfectly. UGH
