Opened acct 2005thru 08.Saxo then employed PEOPLE!! I was helped by great guy Nick Rumble I think his name was. When he left Saxo so did I. In 2023 I returned to try new platform which I can work with and I travel a lot so fix any issues by trial and error as support is non existent and non of the Saxo responses seem to recognise just how lame they look. Dire...truly desperate.I will not refer people to any broker with zero support via useless bots and insulting, time wasting fake live chats

Many bugs. I've used the app for half a day and already experienced three significant bugs. First, sometimes the navigation bar overlaps with my phones on-screen home/view open apps/back buttons, making it impossible to use. I had to restart the app to get it working again. Second, when chatting with a support agent, navigating away from the chat disconnects you from the agent. Third, in support chat, the input bar is hidden by the keyboard while typing so you cannot see what you are writing.

The app is ok-ish, even though not intuitive. The bank itself is awful. Overall, it's very expensive, with a lot of not obvious but very high fees. Rollover and swap prices are awful. Execution is sloppy and you can't really trust their prices. Customer support is slow, and definitely lacks the necessary competencies to promptly address the normal issues a trader can have. I strongly suggest to avoid this bank, as it'possible to get a much better service at much cheaper prices elsewhere.
