How to collect points?
It is simple, just produce your card at the time of your purchase, the cashier will scan your card and complete the billing. The points will be credited to your card immediately. Please note that the points cannot be collected for Cigarettes and Telephone cards.

How many points do you collect for your purchase?
You will get 1 point for every AED 5 purchase.

How and when to get your vouchers? (Redemption of points)
- You can redeem your points to get the voucher on the basis of the above qualification criteria.
- Redemption of points for a voucher is possible at any time from the INAAM kiosk or the customer service Desk (CSD).
- Once you redeem your points for vouchers, equivalent points will be deducted from your total points available as of that date.

Often, it's only upon reaching the counter or the shop itself that the true details become clear. While this might be considered a "marketing strategy," it can leave customers feeling deceived. In today's market, honesty and transparency are highly valued, and relying on complicated terms and conditions can erode trust.

I can't wait my self to give feedback here. I love this new update bcoz now i can know the price easily with the help of this application. Now no need ask every time to staff. But one more thing, if possible try to make it offline also. Thanks

The worst place in uae is nesto super market in dragon mart 2 From the trolley boy to customer service desk and even whom there the supervising they are very rude. They are working with out any experience. They don't have delivery for their customers and they are not allowed also to use their trolley.so because of this issues they are beating their customer or lady.
