Ratings and reviews

The app is not very intuitive and I got lost several times when using the app for the first few weeks. The app is helpful once you figure out how to use it until all the buses disappear off the routes and you can't tell where the buses are or how many there are. It's hard to know what busses are going to have detours or are going to be running reduced service and for how long it will last.

The UI is pretty terrible. Everything else about the app functions as you'd desire. Sometimes busses disappear, but that likely has less to do with the app and more to do with the bus and its communication with the network. If you figure out the UI, then the app is VERY useful for catching each bus and planning trips and multi-bus trips.

Terrible interface that is not intuitive and difficult to navigate. The schedules are incorrect and based off the schedule rather than prediction based on bus location, which makes most of the app useless. Some of the routes are not accurate. The only useful part of this app is the bus tracking. Using the bus tracking and monitoring the bus seems to be the most accurate way of predicting bus time.
