I love this app I used to take all my notes on it but I had fallen behind and I hadn't used it for 2 months probably however when I went back at the end of the year to upload all my notes to keep them for the next year, every time I would go to scan it would just show a black screen I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have no idea how to sign out, and I tried contacting them through their chat where it said that there was a zero minute wait time, however no one got back to me. Please fix it

Pretty much since I started using the application, I've been having this bug where every time I try to add pages to a folder, like notes from my physics notebook, it'll take the screenshot automatically as it usually does. Then I'll press Save button and then "Looks Good!" only for it to not save it in the folder. It's done this many times and I can't find a reason for it doing that. It's also odd that the scans are so incredibly low quality sometimes, as if it's blurry.

I love the features, it must make studying using flash cards SO MUCH easier! However, this is not MY intended use. I was hoping to use this app to scan a copy of my notes on an in-depth video game to save them like a backup file in an organized manner. I can't really accomplish that with the features here. But I'm very glad it exists the way it does in order to help high school and college students!!
