The filter worked excellent when I bought it, but recently the app stop work were my phone can't connect to it. App just stay in blank/frozen Reviewing... The developer of the app contacted me after a month, stating that a new update was available. I updated it and gained access to the filter. The only problem I find is that every time I use the app to control the filter, I have to set it up again.... It doesn't save the settings on the smartphone.

Purchased the Z-3500 in order to control it wirelessly. This feature just does not work. There is a bug with the Bluetooth detection within the app. My device recognizes it outside the app but it does not show up within the app itself. Just shows a "Searching for Device" and under it a whitescreen. It then says "device unable to be found". No current app update available for fix. *Edit* Fixed by revoking Bluetooth permissions and then giving access.

Literally the most frustrating app I've had installed in a decade. It used to be great but stopped working months ago. After the splash screen all I see is a blank white screen. The app was the deciding factor in my selection of the extremely expensive z-3500. I've cleared storage, reinstalled, and tried on 3 phones. Same behavior. Support is SLOW to respond and USELESS when they do. I planned to buy 3 large units and 5+ smaller units. Now I won't even buy nonsmart models out of principal.
