Ratings and reviews

Delivery is good, service is good, wait times are okay, but the app is unstable. I'd order almost every day, but most times I give up on the app (and switch to another company) after 2 or 3 continuous crashes. I'll probably throw another star on when the app becomes more reliable. Edit: With the recent app updates, there has been a massive improvement in stability. And again, the customer service both here, on the phone, and with the riders as well is pretty great.

I like the updates but... 1. Please bring back the ability to save restaurants as favorites. It makes finding them easier and faster. This is also helpful when you come across a new restaurant you want to try later but don't want to memorize the name of it. 2. Bring back the option to filter out menu items of the restaurant. In the old app you could filter out menu items, to only show soups, chicken, pork etc.

Key criticisms for the app!! Have an option to cancel the order. Especially if it is before the order has been confirmed. It's been over 1hour since an order was placed with a restaurant the the app. The order has not been marked "confirmed" and I am unable to cancel the order. This in between wait time is extremely too long. I'm not at all pleased!!!
