Working memory is human registers. An extremely important aspect in everyday life, it allows you to keep in mind information from the case you are working on right now. But there can be problems with it, especially with ASD or ADHD. And it can be trained, for example, using the very popular "N-Back" exercise, and the working memory application is a simplified version of this exercise for those who find it too difficult to start immediately with a full-fledged N-Back. The idea is to memorize a list of numbers and compare the new list item with the oldest one, while each time a new one is added to the end and the old one leaves the list.
