Ratings and reviews

I order fruits, vegetables, grocery over night and get them the next morning. They deliver the items as if hand picked by you. You have to choose the proper item to avoid surprise (eg economy). Price is on the higher side nowadays. But it is very convenient to get bulk load of items.

For the last month big basket has become useless, sometimes add on orders are charged a delivery fee and you have to contact them everytime to fix it , almost all the time to avail offers you have to take screenshots and contact them and then recently no delivery slots are available after the 12th of this month. The customer support refuses to rectify these issues and gives a generic answer..

Really disappointed.. I have been trying to place an order from past 2 days and it keeps on showing slots are full.. If you have no plans to update the slots or deliver the products why even have a app and have sales and discounts, it is very frustrating. Please improve it and update the delivery mechanism so we can at least place an order irrespective of slots, otherwise we will need to stop using bigbasket and order from other platforms.
