Works well and is easy to use. But now they are constantly trying to push us to switch to a new version of the app. DO NOT SWITCH. The new version removes the possibility to place options that you can pay later when you are sure of your travel plans. Any options that you have placed disappear when you switch.

Absolutely ridiculous that you don't have a phone and only a email!!! Was booking a trip for 5 people 1st class and our credit card did go through the first time, so that after a call to the bank in the USA to clear matter, the app did not accept the card again!!! Needless to say Trainline lost on a massive deal! I'd suggest someone goes back to the drawing board!!

The app is still great. However the website has turned into the bloated, convoluted mess it was meant to avoid in the first place. It's like they took every good idea and tried to make it less intuitive. I assume the app is going to follow this trend. This is sad.
