Ratings and reviews

I would rate higher, but half the time when you use the app you get the message "error with Citizens Community Bank - something went wrong on our end. try again later". IF you can use it, the layout is fine.

Remote deposit feature is cumbersome. Doesn't auto capture and requires full account number on check

Vast improvement over the original, and a very impressive offering when compared to peers. Beautiful interface, easy access to real people if you have questions, loan info is detailed ... just awesome. Keep it up!
