I suppose I have it wrong, but it would be so refreshing if businesses concentrated on assisting customers with their problems, rather than making their problems worse. I was charged $150 in overdraft fees during the holidays. I changed my phone number during that time, and was told by branch employees that the number would be updated in 24 to 48 hours. It wasn't and with the banks closed, 3 days out of 7, I could not do anything about it. But despite being closed, the bank took my money.
