The app def doesn't have all the information you need by far. But is helpful with the basics. Yet why the verifications never except my upload. Year after year!!! Annoyed!!! so I'm sick and tired of hearing on the automated systems download the app, when you get somebody on the phone then they tell you to download the app... I wouldn't need to talk to a human being but it doesn't explain anything on this app, it is not a human being. Stop trying to replace apps with real people's jobs.

I filled out half of 1 of my applications. I came back to complete and it freezes on the last q. The app itself isn't frozen. It navigates me to where I am on the app and then it will simply not intake the answer. when I try to move forward it says I need to answer then it continues to not intake the answer so I simply cannot proceed. other than this glitch it was working fine. Nothing on my phone is frozen but once I hit that page it's a dead page. It's been days now.

Constantly locks me out of my account. I've had to change my password 3 times because it rejects my passwords every few months, or refuses to recognize my biometrics. Now I can't reset my password at all because of an unknown error.
