Update 25 Aug 21: The app update changed the look and UI, but the amenities booking doesn't work, and that's the only thing I'm using it for. Useless now! The app does what it's supposed to do, but frequently forces to update with massive downloads, starts with a very heavy and unnecessary video and the user interface is outdated and not friendly. It keeps asking for my name but never remembers it. Displays information in an unappealing way. Expect better!

Extremely disappointed with the service and follow-ups from this app. Being the developer run app, expected that the service providers will have immediate solutions, even when they are overcharging for the services. However, it's been almost 3 weeks since I had requested and paid for a bulb change (the ones inside the false ceiling) through "Liwa Sun" service provider, and it is still pending. Also, it is equally hard to talk/ contact the support service both through calls or whatsapp.

App doesn't work, there isn't a single time that I can actually login, every time I try to I need to do a reset password because it never correctly saves my email and password. Uninstalling as it's truly pointless, can't use it.
