Horrible app and experience. Had a problem to integrate my ENS domain, they took months to ANSWER the email, with an automated message, and the problem still persists. We are going for a year already. Same with an issue with my tokens that suddenly dissapeared, support just sending useless automated emails, no troubleshooting, no tokens, no problems solved, nothing. And still keep sending emails about the pools to stake and retrieve tokens when mine are lost for a year. This company is a joke.

Promotion for downloaded app to earn 500 EMCs is not true. It looks like you also need to do many other requirements to get these tokens. My original tokens are missing from when I originally signed up. Now, you must verify a second email account, which never sends a verification email, spam friends, and ensure they fully verify their accounts and fill out your interest, which is the only one that actually works. Please fix and rectify
