Pros: Printing is very easy, basic edit functions are all there. Cons: Free version of app doesn't allow using all fonts, and not even all languages. Install app before buying printer and see what's available in free version. Because for additional fonts/languages you'll have to subscribe for VIP version of app. Even though you already paid for printer and labels. AND they'll still show you ads inside the app, this is most annoying. Rather pay much more for another model and never see ads...

This tiny printer works really well, and prints very fast. I'm happy with the printer. The software to run the printer has a huge problem. you need to login to do anything other than print, and the login does not work. so every time I want to make a label, I have to enter all the specifications of the labels. No local save of settings or anything. It is very annoying.

Great printer and haven't had any app issues so far. It's the best little label printer I've owned. AI is very easy to use and navigate. The printer recognizes the type,, color and size of the label that's loaded and automatically displays it on your phone. There are many options for the actual print (mirror, direction, multi etc). It has never failed to do its job. My only question is the longevity of the actual print, I can't find where it says how long it lasts.
