Super annoying and useless cab service... Booked my cab and discussed with driver if he is coming for pickup he said he is not aware of booking and has to go somewhere else. I had to cancel the booking as can't wait any longer and had to move on for urgent work. For booking, minimum 25% advance payment was required I made the payment but upon request for refund they are saying can't refund the amount and blaming me for cancellation. They have strategically kept limited options in cancellation.

Horrible customer support. They take advance and driver denied to the pick up. Please don't use this app service as they seem like fraud as you cannot rely on them and may loss the money. Also the looking at the drivers behavioral issue it doesnot seem secure to use this app.

Horrible, Disgusting. if they can't arrange a cab they cancel at the last hour. whereas the customer care executive keeps saying to book early for less fare. i booked 1 day ahead and they could only inform booking is cancelled 30mins before ride. Go for savaari app guys it's better.
