App not working properly after the latest update

Terrible experience with the skywards team and customer service. EK took away 100k miles that my husband just transferred from his bank due to a glitch in the system and refuse to return the miles. They refuse to investigate properly and look into a major issue in their system. The family membership is a big failure and the lack of interest to fix major issues is shocking. Very disappointing

Bad service customer service also not got the miles from some brand
