Providing the service requires optional access permissions as shown below. Even if you do not allow optional access, you can still use the basic functions of the service

-Find and connect to nearby Bluetooth devices when adding products to the app

-Take a picture when modifying the user's avatar and attach it to the photo

-Selecting an album image is required when modifying the user avatar
-Required when downloading the plug-in page

Ratings and reviews

Initial use of app in March 2023 was terrible. Settings would get wiped out when doing different functions. In May 2024, the app is much improved. I was able to pair all my devices. But one cannot identify which head unit is being connected. May have to open the unit to get the MAC address. Current app interface is much better. Will see in a few weeks if settings are retained.

Basically garbage. The app UI is terrible, and the concept of having to select a "region" is totally unnecessary. More importantly though, the AC seems to disappear after a few days, even though the unit itself thinks it's on wifi and the Wi-Fi network is working fine. Then you have to go back through the clumsy pairing process to reset everything. Horrible low quality software and they don't seem to be making it any better over the past year or two.

Device addition works up till the point where you reconnect to your router and app tries to find the AC. It fails to find it every time. At the same time I can clearly see AC is connected and authenticated in my router web interface. Update: in order to connect an AC you need to disable 5GHz interface on your router, enable WPA and WPA2 auth, disable WPA3 auth, and to restart your phone, then it connects. Don't forget to change router settings back afterwards.
