overall, the hellofresh app works pretty well. However in my case, there is absolutely no option either on the app or the website to add, correct, or change or the phone number associated with my account. It simply doesn't appear anywhere under any settings. I can only change my name and email address. I filed a help ticket with the company.

Meals and options are great, I just wish there was an option to leave every week on skip. Then allow us to go in and pick the weeks we actually want the meals. Far too often I forget about the deliveries and get meals I couldn't afford for the week/didn't want/don't have time to cook. Currently it's a system that takes advantage of being forced into paying for random meals if you forget to make a selection. I know this is a me issue but it would be a massive QoL update to allow for this alternat

so-so. Canceled after 3 shipments. I was looking for easy, convenient while our household dealt with personal issues. it was nice to not go shopping, but many recipes called for over 30 minutes prep. the recipes were just ok. our favorite was the salmon bowl. we did have some issues with being shipped wrong protein and broken packages. overall, too much maintenance for what we needed.
