It is a good app but now that I have changed my mobile it is asking for QR. requesting for email address for further contact to resolve the issue.

IBM Verify is a generic authenticator that can be used with many different services, and we don't have visibility into individual account details.

The app once setup is smooth to use and never lets you down. However, during the first setup on new device, you might wonder on how to put up the QR code. It was sorted for me, by my organization internal threads. Overall , a very handy app after the setup.
