Tickets are available for adults and students.

These mTickets let you travel on all bus operators across the West Midlands that are part of the nBus scheme, within the nBus zone*.

*Some tickets are only valid on National Express buses to include travel outside the nBus zone.

Went to use thr app this morning it says my operating system is not up-to-date, when it is now its just stuck on the screen saying the same thing. uninstalled and its still saying the same, I've used it the past 3 weeks without issue. now I've had to spend money to get on the bus today, and ill be wanting a refund. I have just downloaded it on an iPhone 12 which is nearly 10 years older than my phone. still no help from support I've lost a weeks worth on my ticket and have had to buy daysavers

When opening the ap, a pop up tells me to update my operating system and that I can close the message but issues may persist. Firstly, it's already fully up to date I've checked and secondly, there's no option to close the message. So now it's not functioning at all and I'm stuck on the message screen. Every update this ap breaks something it's so frustrating

Rubbish. They've updated to a new system which is no longer compatible with my phone, so I've just lost a wks bus pass and now have to pay extra for a day saver because even if you try to buy online tickets, you can't because the old system will not show it and the new updated one I can't download. Extremely bad service.
