I will always recommend them! The product I ordered was OOS in one of their stores (they notified me asap) so I was worried that I wouldn't get it today (As I ordered the same on Aster app & only after following up they told me it is OOS & delivery is tomorrow despite the website showing delivery today). Amazingly, Life Pharmacy still managed to get it dispatched from another store and deliver it within 30 minutes. I've used the app multiple times and I've never had a single bad experience.

Before, their service was good. But now, their service is the worst. It's been more than 24 hours since I uploaded my prescription. I've spoken with customer support three times, but I still haven't received my medicines. I don't recommend them at all. There are lots of other pharmacies available that are better than them.

Worst experience ever. Order cancelled - AE-TA8136-1 The person said that the amount charged will be refunded to the card. After 3 days I noticed that the amount is in wallet as points which means I am forced to use the app again for some item in future. When I tried to contact them twice, they never pick the call up.
