STRENGTH MOVES:

-Access to a gym or a variety of weights & equipment is mandatory to maximize this plan: barbell, 4-5 pairs of dumbbells, squat rack, smith machine, pullup bar, resistance bands, step or box

The Moves App is available with both a monthly and yearly subscription. Moves subscribers have full access to the Moves App and all programs, resources, and capabilities within it.
Payment for the Moves App will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee on the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed each month. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

The Moves app is such an amazing way to get my workouts every day! Madeline and the team do such a great job providing opportunity for progressive overload in a safe and effective way! The videos and notes for each move are really helpful to make sure you do the moves correctly. The variety of workout programs is incredible and a subscription is a really great value! I highly recommend this exercise program!

Beyond Expectations! I've tried a bunch of workout apps & lost interest after a while bc they are gym based and cheap out on home workouts. Not this one! I love the option of 30 or 60 mins. Usually I do the 60mins but at times need 30mins. Love videos to see how movements are done. I will have it play as I follow along to get the move down. Love the swaps if you can't or don't want to do a move. This TT was beyond expectations with the options, & I hope they keep them and add on for the next

A little over two years ago I had a DEXA scan and it came back showing osteopenia (low bone density for my age), I started working out with the Moves app and walking more often two years ago. Nutrition was already pretty on point so didn't change much there aside from following the build your plate template. I just had another scan and it showed "significant improvement" and normal bone density for my age!! Such a hard thing to do but with patience, consistency, your app, and time I did it!
