A really useless app, especially if you have Flash Pay card because you cannot add it to your account,only Nets Prepaid Cards can be added. And you need to register with your personal details for auto top up for Flash Pay. Ridiculous system. Uninstalled. Don't bother doing anything with this app, just top up at the machine or ATMs way easier.

Use credit card for auto topup, when credit card expired, topup failed i updated the renewed infor and topup resumed normal. 5 months later, my card stop working with no app alert. Called in NETS and was told card blocked due to failed charge 5 months ago, even though there was multiple successful topups after that. Worse yet, it can't be unblocked, i have to change to different card, and go to NETS office for refund. Ridiculous and outdated

After so long, I still do not see this rectified. When I use Google wallet which contains my credit card details to auto populate my credit card details for payment, it can only capture the first 4 digit of my credit card while replicating the first 4 digit into the cell of the other 12 digits. I have to manually erase and key in the 12 digits. Why can't the app store my credit card details? Please learn from Malaysia's TnG app and change your app developer.
