Was a great device and app, but over the last few weeks, my monitor has stopped sending notifications to my phone. I've done everything to get it to work: resetting it, restarting it, removing and reinstating the app, changing batteries, all of it. Nothing is working, and the whole reason I got this thing was to get notified when my cat uses the bathroom because of his illnesses. The product is good when it's useful. It's basically junk to me now.

No longer works since moving. Couldn't edit the scale to update with new wifi network and I was worried since I couldn't track my cat's weight at one of the most crucial times ever (moving), and when I tried reaching out to Petivity, it was nearly impossible. Finally got an email reply, but they failed to address the actual issue and no reply since. Deleted and re-added the scale, now it tracks again, but doesn't update when I scoop, notify me when she uses it, and can't trust weight reports now

They only offer Apple and Google oauth2, no simple email based auth. For the Google oauth2 one they keep a lot of information. Why would the app need your physical address for? Is overreaching. They don't need it and you have no way to revoke it. It also doesn't support multi users, so in a house where more than one person takes care of the cats, only one gets access. The thing confuses my cats, even after there is a 3 pound difference. You can't update nor see last month's average weights.
