Open app 1st time immediately an add. Try to input weight and height and the app couldn't get that right. It had 100 lbs as obese and their highest weight you can input is 208. What a fail. Uninstalled immediately

Great app,unfortunately there isn't much customization in it.I couldn't complete some of the exercises because I was so sore.You can't select difficulty either and some workouts require you to pay money.

Great starting point! I am an obese lady with a will to change. So here I start. Takes little time out of my day and although I find it hard, I feel a great sense of achievement afterwards. I love the 3 days on and 1 day break. I've also started adding in 100 pulls on my rowing machine which is another great start. The ads are annoying but they haven't yet popped up during the exercise program so can't complain. I recommend this app for anyone of any fitness level. Thank you
