Awesome workout challenge for better chests in 30 days, I love it, I'm 5 days in and on the advanced mode and it's starting to get tough. It gets really challenging sometimes to not hit the pause button, and it's perfect for gaining muscle. Definitely recommend for any age level since it has several experience modes to choose from, and I can't wait to see how much I've improved by the end of the 30 days 💪🏼✌🏼

this is a nice workout plan, but I think they are not making it easy for beginners and can lead to them losing interest very easily. so I think you guys have to make it a little less hard

Firstly, I want to say whoever added those Spiderman push ups, I hate you, you already know if you see 40 of those it gon be a long workout. Secondly, if you want to get a better chest and muscles without going to the gym, just do this, you'll see results in at least 2 weeks, but only if you stay consistent and disciplined. So yeah, I recommend this app alot. Just know there gon be days where you want to press the skip button, if you do, you won't see any results.
