Awesome workout challenge for better chests in 30 days, I love it, I'm 5 days in and on the advanced mode and it's starting to get tough. It gets really challenging sometimes to not hit the pause button, and it's perfect for gaining muscle. Definitely recommend for any age level since it has several experience modes to choose from, and I can't wait to see how much I've improved by the end of the 30 days 💪🏼✌🏼

Very cool but it needs improvements such as it needs different levels of exercises such as beginner, intermediate and expert because not everyone can do the exercises, also it would be much easier if you delete the timer when doing an exercise because not everyone goes at the same pace, and lastly, the exercises should be distributed evenly, instead of doing 40 push ups in one, should be better doing 10 then move on to the next exercise and do another 10, but it might not be necessary.

This a great app but on problem is that when you have to do the workouts it would say something like "15x". "x" means times. The workout sessions are in seconds which means it should be "15 sec" not "15x". Another is that its effective but for some you should try to help them build up to thus level workout because it's not for beginners.
