I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.

I have had good experiences in the past. But after my recent order experience, I have decided never ever to use this app again. They have no control over third party delivery agent, neither they take control of the situation when needed. Delivery agent not delivering even after 10 days of reaching the destination city. Worst customer service follow up ever.

Pathetic experience. Reports got delayed by 28 hrs. The number shared disnt work 99% of the time. Wen it does the agent have no clue on the status. No one calls back. Wen I finally get my reports, one report is missing. N the app says, 100% reports shared. N yeah, i dont have any way to communicate with u to check on the missing report. No mail id, no phone, no chat.
